The New Limited Edition Mahindra ‘Scorpio Adventure’ Launched At Rs.13.07 Lakh

Mahindra and Mahindra, in the recent past, has introduced a couple of cars which includes the TUV300 and NuvoSport. And recently, they have come up with an all-new limited edition variant of their most famous SUV in the country, the Scorpio, named as the ‘Adventure Edition Mahindra Scorpio’.

Only 1000 of these vehicles would be produced to make the owners stand apart from the rest. This new limited edition is based on the same top of the line S10 variant of the regular Scorpio with certain tweaks and upgrades added just to give it that Adventure badging.

On the exterior, the vehicle gets upgraded tail lamps, new OVRM’s, rear parking camera and newly designed Decals on the sides to give it an adventure finish. It also gets sturdy looking gun metal alloys and blazing red brake callipers to add to the sporty feel.

The interior of the car has also received the same treatment as the exterior, apart from the features of the S10 variant, the company has equipped the car with blue black leather seats and a new leather wrapped steering wheel and gear knob to add to the charm. 

The ‘Adventure’ badging has been sticked onto the dashboard so as to give it that extra edge over the rest of the models. Mahindra has also provided an all-new dual tone Mist Silver and White paint job as well. 

Under the bonnet, the vehicle comes in two diesel engine options. The 2.2L mHawk Diesel motor and the newly launched smaller 1.99-litre mHawk motor for Delhi NCR regions keeping in mind the imposed ban on diesel vehicles above 2000cc.

Both these engines churn the same amount of power figure of 120bhp. These engines would be tuned only to a 5-speed manual transmission setup and the company is not offering an AMT version as of yet. This new Scorpio would come in either a 2WD veriosn or the 4WD version which would certainly make it an Adventure SUV.

With the launch of this car, the company is hoping to further increase its sales figures in the country and shoot up its reputation especially in the affordable SUV segment of the country.
