News- RE60 spotted testing again

                  

The Bajaj RE 60 has been spotted testing again in Pune. This time the upcoming model has been spotted on Pune-Satara Highway. Bajaj was going to launch RE60 earlier this year. Previously it was delayed as the government had not given permission to let quadricylces ply on Indian roads. Now the Govt. has stated that the class will be allowed to commercially ply on the roads. Bajaj has also stated that the RE60 will be available for sale as soon as the segment is allowed on the roads.

 

  
The RE60 was unveiled more than 3 years back in India and has been touted as a low speed 4 wheeled intra city transport option. This vehicle could be the replacement for auto-rickshaws in India.
