Ford India Appoints New Retail Distributor In Karnataka & Kerala

And to add another feather to its huge reputation Ford has now appointed VST Ford Spares as an exclusive distributor in Karnataka and Focuz Auto Agencies as an exclusive distributor in Kerala. Located at 80/A2, 1st Main, 3rd Cross, Industrial Suburb, II stage, Yaswanthpura Bangalore, VST Ford Spares will reach out to retailer and independent repair shops across the state of Karnataka. In Kerala, Focuz Auto Agencies will be located at No.12/202B, Near St. Joseph Hospital, Manjummel P.O., Udyogamandal, Cochin and increase customer’s access to competitively-priced and high-quality Ford parts in the region.

In addition to expand its customer experience ford plans to expand the retail distribution of its genuine parts to Kerala, Maharashtra, and East of India in the next phase. Alongside expansion in the retail distribution of its genuine service parts, some other key initiatives undertaken by Ford in ensuring customer convenience are depicted as follows: 

Sub Assembly Levels for Repairs: The ‘Sub Assembly Levels for Repairs’ enables a substantial saving in the overall ownership costs by breaking up an auto part into sub-components.

Localisation & Competitive Parts Pricing: Ford has worked with supplier base to attain increased levels of localisation on the products, thereby attaining competitive price point.

Ford’s Happy Pockets Service: Continues to be an important initiative that allows Ford car owners to avail and experience its quality services at a minimal price.

Vehicle Personalisation Centre: The centre provides customised vehicle Personalisation options to customers to make their cars look ‘distinctly theirs’.

In addition, several other Ford services such as pan-India Roadside Assistance, 90 minute-Quick Service Bays, Mobile Service Vans, and Vehicle report card still continue to run as a part of their commitment.
