Maruti Suzuki Launches NEXA | An All New Premium Automotive Experience



Maruti Suzuki has been the leader of the Automobile Sector in the Indian market since quite long. The company had captured about 45% of the automobile market in the previous year and to increase this percentage an all new experience is launched by the company. It has earned a very impressive reputation of providing new innovative and cost effective vehicles along with a huge service support network across the country. Keeping pace with this the company now has launched a first of its kind premium sales channel in India known as NEXA.

Over the years the company has relied on customer feedback to introduce new products in the country. The next step is taking the lead in offering the customers a new kind of experience through NEXA. The NEXA network is the first initiative in the country by Maruti Suzuki to sell their premium cars through this channel rather than the normal retailers. Nexa is maruti suzuki’s pioneering initiative to create a ‘New Format’ of premium automotive retail. At the launch, nearly 1000 relationship managers have been recruited and the number would go upto 25000 in the upcoming 6-8 months. 


The all new NEXA retail outlets offer an all new hospitality experience i.e about understanding the needs of the customers giving them full attention and being there when the customer requires. It also offers an all new “LIFETIME” experience as stated by Mr.Kenichi Ayukawa (Managing director and CEO Maruti Suzuki India Limited). The relationship manager will ensure that the entire buying, after sales and ownership experience is smooth and hassle free. Another interesting feature introduced is the MyNEXA loyalty program that has been designed to offer rewards and recognition beyond the automotive industry. 


NEXA also will be offering an all new Digital and Design experience, with the all black and white monochrome design of the outlet and spotlight on the vehicle the company portrays the vehicles in its full glory. A dedicated in-showroom delivery area is made so that the customer starts the first journey form the  premium air-conditioned showroom. Furthermore, the NEXA will come equipped with state of the art ipads for an all new digital experience of the vehicle going paperless. NEXA owner’s app, a smartphone application is also developed for the customers reference of the cars next service, all helpline numbers etc.


These showrooms would currently be showcasing the all new premium crossover from Suzuki the S-Cross with the other new vehicles being expected in the future. All in all this initiative taken by the company is an all new experience aiming at customer satisfaction and further enhancing the reputation of the company in the Indian market.
