Toyota launches Corolla Altis facelift in India starting from ₹15.87 lakhs
Delhi, 15th March 2017: Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) today announced the launch of facelift of its premium Corolla Altis sedan. The new petrol Corolla starts at ₹15.87 lakhs while the diesel starts at ₹17.36 lakhs.
The new Altis boasts lot of exterior and interior changes and bunch of new features as listed below:
Exterior
- Stunning Bi-beam LED headlamps
- New bumper design
- LED daytime running lamps (DRL)
- New LED tail lamps
- Sporty alloy wheels
Interior
- Re-designed instrument panel with soft touch dashboard
- Dual-tone interior colour scheme
Performance & Features
- 7-speed CVT (automatic) gearbox with paddle shift and sports mode in selected variants
- Choice of 1.8L petrol vs. 1.4L turbo diesel engine with intercooler
- 7 SRS airbags
- Hill start assist, vehicle stability control, ABS, EBD with BA

The Corolla is a classic and seems to keep getting better with age - and I mean the older ones keep getting better because the new designs are so generic and bland
