Hero MotoCorp Declares Price Cut upto 5% On Its Motorcycles

Following the lines of all major car and motorcycle manufacturers, Hero MotoCorp has announced price cuts for its large portfolio of motorcycles. Hero MotoCorp has decided to reduce prices upto 5%, the maximum price cut is Rs. 4,500/-

"We have decided to pass on the entire benefit of the excise duty cut to our customers. We have spread out the price cut across our product portfolio ranging from two per cent up to five per cent with maximum reduction being Rs 4,500," Hero MotoCorp Ltd said in a statement.

This price cut, by many manufacturers, is in the wake of recent reduction in excise duty declared during the interim vote-on-account budget presented by the incumbent Finance Minister, P. Chidambaram
